How much does a website or app cost?
It depends on scope. Our e-commerce packages start at RM 6,500 (Basic), RM 15,000 (Professional) and RM 45,000 (Premium). Bespoke web apps and mobile apps are quoted by scope — see the Pricing page for the full comparison and add-ons.
How long does a typical project take?
A standard e-commerce build runs about 9 weeks: 2 weeks planning & design, 4 weeks development, 2 weeks testing, 1 week launch. Smaller marketing sites are faster (3–4 weeks); larger platforms scale from there. We give you a fixed timeline in writing before you commit.
Do I own the code when it's done?
Yes. On full payment, you own the custom code, designs and documentation we create for your project. No platform lock-in, no plugin dependencies, no third-party CMS that holds your data hostage.
What happens after launch — do you offer support?
Every package includes 3 to 12 months of support depending on the tier, plus a 30-day defect-fix warranty. After that you can either bring us back as needed, take out an extended support contract, or hand the codebase to your own team (we'll do a clean transfer).
Can you redesign or rescue an existing site?
Yes — we take on redesigns, WordPress-to-custom migrations and "rescue" projects regularly. We'll audit what's there, give you an honest assessment, and quote a phased plan so you can prioritise.
Do you work with clients outside Malaysia?
Yes. We're based in Subang Jaya, Selangor and most of our work is in Malaysia, but we deliver remotely for regional clients across Singapore, Indonesia and beyond. Quotes can be issued in MYR, USD or SGD on request.
What technology do you build with?
Modern, mainstream stacks — typically TypeScript / React / Node on the web, native or React Native on mobile, and AWS / Azure / GCP for infrastructure. We pick the tools to fit your project, not the other way around. No vendor lock-in.
How do payments work?
50% deposit on quote acceptance to secure the slot and begin work, balance on completion (or per milestone for larger projects). Payments via bank transfer in MYR. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Full terms on the Terms of Service page.
