Discovery call
A short (free) conversation to understand the goal, constraints, timeline and any existing systems. Usually 30–45 minutes.
Written quote & SOW
You receive a formal quotation in MYR with a Statement of Work — deliverables, milestones, assumptions and price. Valid for 30 days.
50% deposit
Work begins only after you accept the quote in writing and the deposit invoice is settled by bank transfer.
Build & demos
We deliver against the milestones with regular updates and working demos. Change requests get a written impact assessment before they're applied.
Final invoice & handover
Balance is invoiced on completion. Code, accounts and documentation are handed over once payment clears. A 30-day defect-fix warranty applies.
