Most software projects don't fail because the technology was wrong — they fail because the team got too far from the people using it. We try to stay close. Short feedback loops, working demos every week, and a real conversation about trade-offs instead of a wall of jargon.
We're young, but we don't act like it. Every engagement gets the same discipline a senior engineer would bring: clear scope, honest estimates, tests where they matter, and a clean handover when we're done.
